From Start to finish
Your vision, coupled with our expertise and local vendor connections is the perfect combination to help you plan your wedding from the get go. This is the ideal service for couples who have a vision, want to be hands on and involved in the process, but want assistance with vendor bookings, vendor communication and help turning their vision into reality. We step in as soon as we are booked, and help plan and coordinate every detail including execution of the event on the day of.
Day of Wedding service
○ Lead planner on-site (for up to 12 hours)
○ Assistant planner on-site (for up to 8 hours for up to 100 guests)
○ Decor set-up and late night tear down (if required) for ceremony and reception
○ cake and small scale floral pickup (from local vendors only)
Your vision, coupled with our day-of-coordination is the perfect blend to ensure that you can enjoy your wedding and be present on the day of. This is the perfect service for couples who want to do most of the legwork and need someone to step in a month prior to the event and manage the final details and execute the event on the day of. We put our professional finishing touches on all the day-of-details. We also act as your wedding consultant throughout the process if you need professional insight or expertise.

Full service elopement packages. Choose one of our pre-made all-inclusive elopement packages or create your own customized elopement package starting with RMWE Elopement Coordination. This package includes up to 15 guests. If you plan to have over 15 guests we require our micro-wedding Coordination package.

Do you want your closest friends and family to join on your adventure? This is the perfect service for couples who want our heli elopement experience - with a few more fun people tagging along. We recommend planning your total wedding guest number based on multiples of 6. Each helicopter can hold up to 6 guests, including your vendors. We can't wait to help you finalize the details.
