We are the 'Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective'. A team of mountain dwelling, adventure seekers who naturally connected people and created inspiring experiences before we knew it was called wedding planning!
We all live in the Bow Valley (Canmore and Banff) and share a love for supporting local. We take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves. We have so much fun brainstorming beautiful things together, celebrating the small moments, and laughing till our cheeks hurt. We can't wait for you to join in on the good times.

We're not like the wedding planners you've seen on TV. You know, the ones with the headsets, a million checklists and an uncanny ability to speed walk in stilettos without tripping.
Aside from the checklists, which really are necessary, we do things differently and connect best with couples who want to approach their wedding unconventionally too. We value experience over production and aim to craft moments of meaningful human connection because that's what a wedding is all about.

My partner and I reside in Banff, with our pup Casey, and spend most of our spare time camping, hiking, and skiing. Hailing from Ontario, and always up for an adventure, I now know I was destined for the Rocky Mountains.
My passion has always been people-focused. With over 10 years in the hospitality & events industry, I was very much attracted to engaging with people, understanding their needs and looking to go above and beyond to fulfill them.
Building and maintaining relationships is what drives my purpose as the lead Banff Wedding Planner of Rocky Mountain Elopements. I can’t wait to connect with you, and help you plan your dream one-of-a-kind wedding or intimate elopement in Banff, Canmore or surrounding areas.

Sourdough baker, hammock enthusiast, and proud plant mom. I’m an adventure seeker in my cozy era, savoring slow mornings with good coffee, fresh mountain air, and a life lived with intention.
After three transformative years abroad, exploring eleven countries and calling three of them home, I’ve returned to my element, unable to resist the call of the Rockies any longer. Although I’m not a huge fan of the cold, the mountains have a way of pulling me out of hibernation. I love snowboarding and capturing the stunning landscapes through my watercolors or photography. Having lived in Lake Louise, Jasper, and now Banff, I’m excited to share my insights as your local guide.
Creating meaningful moments fills my cup. Every love story is unique, and I truly look forward to hearing each one. I may be a bit cheesy when I say I 'love love,' but it’s absolutely true. The best wedding days feel calm, intentional, and fully taken care of. That’s the experience I aim to create for every couple I work with. My love for event planning started by creating celebrations for the people closest to me and deepened while planning my own wedding, where I saw firsthand how much thoughtful coordination shapes the entire day.
I’m detail oriented by nature and deeply people focused. I love getting to know each couple, understanding their style, and guiding them through a planning process that feels supportive and true to who they are. Whether I’m refining timelines, managing behind the scenes details, or quietly cheering you on during the moments that matter most, my goal is to make the experience feel relaxed, fun, and genuinely enjoyable.
Originally from rural Saskatchewan, I now call Calgary home, where I live with my husband and our dog. When I’m not coordinating weddings, you’ll usually find me outdoors, deep into a good book, or building a playlist for just about every mood.

I'm equal parts creative and calm, and I bring a steady hand and a designer’s eye to every wedding I touch. With a background in fashion and years of experience in wedding and event planning, I have an innate gift for turning vision boards into real-life magic—always with intention, style, and just the right amount of sparkle.
I’m a proud boy mom to three little ones under six (yes, my house is very loud), and my life is filled with love, movement, and moments of beautiful chaos. I draw inspiration from time spent in nature with my family—especially waterfalls and mountain views—and I channel that same grounded energy into each celebration I help bring to life.
Clients often tell me I have a calming presence and a knack for making them feel instantly taken care of. I’m detail-obsessed in the best way, deeply thoughtful, and always two steps ahead—usually with a London Fog in one hand and a well-loved clipboard in the other.
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me squeezing in a workout, chasing my kids (and sometimes my husband), or mapping out our next great family getaway—because somehow, even my downtime comes with a beautifully organized itinerary.

I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2016, beginning as a makeup artist with a bridal client portfolio. Since then, I’ve also created wedding cakes and managed wedding entertainment, so I understand weddings from multiple angles. I’m direct, professional, and your number-one cheerleader, and I love creating an experience that feels intentional and true to you. My goal is a smooth, worry-free experience so you can stay present for every moment, knowing the details are handled.
I’m big on vendor communication because your wedding deserves a dream team. I’m a creative problem-solver and my emergency kit serves as a mini support station so you and your bridal party stay covered, no matter what comes up.
I love colourful summer weddings, big multi-day celebrations and I’m always ready to hop on a flight for a wedding in Lagos, Nigeria. Outside weddings, you’ll find me with an audiobook or testing TikTok recipes.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys being part of big moments and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, which is what first drew me to weddings and events.
When I’m not working on wedding days, you can usually find me outside making the most of the mountains. I love hiking, exploring new places, travelling whenever I can, and catching up with friends over good food or a drink. On quieter days I’m just as happy staying in and rewatching one of my favourite shows.
This is my first year working in weddings, and it’s been such an exciting experience already. Getting to be part of a couple’s wedding day and helping bring their plans to life is incredibly rewarding. Every celebration is different, and I love seeing how each couple makes their day their own.
I’m grateful to be part of the Rocky Mountain Weddings team and to help create memorable wedding days in such an incredible place. I look forward to meeting new couples and being part of the team that helps make their day come together.

Working in the wedding industry while living in the Rockies feels like a dream come true for me. I’m a romantic at heart and love helping couples celebrate meaningful moments surrounded by the mountains.
Originally from England, I spent several years traveling and working throughout New Zealand and Australia before finding my forever home in Banff and Canmore. That global experience shaped my calm, adaptable approach and my ability to connect easily with people from all walks of life.
With over three years of experience in the event world, I’m known for thinking quickly on my feet, staying composed under pressure, and noticing the thoughtful details that elevate each celebration. For me, it’s the quiet moments and well run timelines that make a day truly unforgettable.

If there’s a path with an arrow pointing somewhere unknown, chances are I'm already halfway down it. I’ve always believed the best stories begin with a little curiosity and a lot of courage.
My journey has taken me around the world — quite literally — working on cruise ships, where I met my South African husband. We traveled, worked, and adventured side by side before eventually settling in the breathtaking Rocky Mountains.
Professionally, my passion is hospitality, with over 10 years of experience creating memorable weddings, events, and guest experiences. I’m committed to bringing someone’s vision to life and creating moments that feel personal, seamless, and unforgettable.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking just a little farther to see the best views, painting and drawing purely for the joy of it, road-tripping with a good playlist, sipping a great local cider, and dreaming up the next adventure.
To me, life — like the best celebrations — is about connection, beauty, and saying yes to the journey, wherever that arrow happens to point.
